4. User Data in Real-Time Communication (Live Streams & Sessions)

  • Live Streams and Audio/Video Calls: Our platform facilitates live streaming and real-time audio/video calls (powered by ZEGOCLOUD) for booked Sessions. During these live sessions, your audio, video, and text chat data are transmitted in real time to other participants.

  • We do not proactively record or store these live streams on our servers unless recording is clearly disclosed, requested, and agreed to within the application.

  • Please be aware that other participants may independently capture or record content during live sessions.

5. Acceptable Use and Content Moderation (Strictly No 18+ Content)

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.

The promotion, sharing, streaming, or uploading of explicit, adult, or 18+ content is strictly prohibited.

  • Content Monitoring: While we respect user privacy, we reserve the right to monitor public areas of the Services and investigate reports of inappropriate behavior.

  • Enforcement: Users found generating, streaming, or sharing sexually explicit material, violent content, or illegal content may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated. Where legally required, we may preserve and disclose relevant user information to law enforcement authorities.
